AVAILABLITY

Rooms are rented subject to availability.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

When the reservation is made via our website, the Customer must submit a valid email address via the reservation form. The Hotel is not responsible for the consequences of receiving incorrect information.

When the customer gives his credit card information to confirm and guarantee his credit card, he authorizes the hotel to debit it within the limits of the cancellation clauses.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

At check-in, the Customer must present a valid identity card or passport.
The rooms are made available between 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. at the latest
Check-out must be made before 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Any late departure not exceeding 4:00 p.m. must be notified to reception for approval (subject to availability).
Beyond 4:00 p.m., an additional night is charged to the Customer.

WAIVER AND CANCELLATION

Depending on the option booked.

If nothing is indicated in the reservation, the standard policy is applied.


The Customer can cancel his reservation up to 14 days before the reserved day.

After this period, we charge one night and 100% of the total amount from the 7th day before the arrival date.

PRICE

Prices are per room per night.

Rates include VAT, service and parking.

Villars-sur-Ollon tourist tax

- 3.80 CHF/day per adult aged 16 and over and senior citizens.

 

- 1.90 CHF/day per child aged between 6 and 15 in the year.

 

Free for children up to 5 years in the year.

PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment, for the number of nights reserved, must be guaranteed by a credit card via our online reservation.
Payment can be made in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card.
Subject to other conditions expressly provided in writing between the Customer and the Hotel, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation for which payment has not been made within the time limit.

We do not debit the card as a guarantee without the customer's agreement.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The Customer is responsible for the damage he causes by his act, omission or negligence. If the damage is found after the Customer has left, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the cost of repairing the damage to the Customer's credit or debit card or to send the Customer an invoice corresponding to the price of compensation for the damage.

FORCE MAJOR

The Hotel is not responsible and is not liable for any compensation or indemnity when it is prevented from fulfilling its contractual obligations due to a case of force majeure or when the Customer has suffered damage resulting from a case of force majeure. "Force majeure" means any event which cannot reasonably be foreseen or avoided by the Hotel, such as, for example, a natural or nuclear disaster, war or threats of war, terrorist activities or real threats of terrorist activities, strikes, floods, fires, pandemics, etc.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURSDICTION

The law applicable to these general conditions is Swiss law. Any dispute between the Customer and the Hotel within the framework of these general conditions will be exclusively submitted to the Swiss courts. The place of jurisdiction is 1867 Ollon (Switzerland).
