Nearly
100 km of well-marked winter trails will take you through
the magnificent snow-covered countryside. These are the same
trails used for summer walks and hikes. The trails are freed
from snow, making your promenades easier and more enjoyable.

If
the quest of the Wild North tempts you, rent some
snowshoes and take off in search of adventure. There are an
additional 25 km of winter trails that will allow you discover
majestic scenic views.

Your
feet will make a crunching sound in the snow, leaving an imprint
in the immaculate white paths, sparkling like crystals in
the bright sunshine.

Phoebus
(the Swiss God of Sunshine) is playing hide-and-seek between
the trees. You will notice the footprints of many different
animals in the snow. A good eye will recognize tracks of deer,
wild goats known as chamois and wild rabbits.
